Congratulations on level 6, I know how hard it is to get there, I'm still at level 5.
Well, I do not think correct or valid rules to be created according to the GA creator's will, according to their own sense of right and wrong. The site has established rules and should prevail to be a common sense at all.
I do not use bot and I am indifferent to those who use. Personally I prefer to choose the GA that will participate in the games that I wish a lot or have any interest. I prefer to analyze the remaining time to complete a GA, the number of participants, sometimes, when possible, interact with the creator GA or any of the participants. Is pleased to find a hidden private GA in the description, this is all very cool and those who use bot loses everything, as I said, I am indifferent to those who use.
I do not always have time to read the description of GA and it does not make me a bot, that's why I think it is not correct to create a rule that does not exist on the site.
This is my opinion.

Yeah, those bots are a pain in the... folks who use them should be ashamed of themselves.
Nevertheless, I doubt that not leaving a comment with one's username would qualify as reason
for a reroll. I won't provide mine ... you can take it from this comment, no need to write it down ;-)

I'm pretty sure it's against the rules to ask people to do something in order to enter (e.g. making a specific comment). But hey, here I am commenting anyway. :/

Like several have commented before, I believe what you're asking for is against the rules. Can't have any extra rules in public giveaways. Avoiding bots can be done with group, whitelist and or private giveaways (I think you can have some kind of own rules in private giveaways too - do check somewhere first though).
