Another hard day with a summit finish in Foix Prat d'Albis. 185 kilometers with three climbs, including the Côte de Montségur before the finish at Prat d’Albis; a 12 kilometer climb at an average of 6.9%. A total to 4,700 meters of climbing. Who will dance up the slopes the best?

It's impossible not to mention the Cité de Carcassonne here; an amazing medieval citadel that is really worth a visit.

In 2016 I lamented that there was no version of the Carcassonne boardgame on Steam. Now there is!.
