Lately, definitely Stardew Valley and Dead by Daylight! It's the best contrast in games. When I'm raging in DbD, I swap to SV and when I'm a bit bored in SV, I swap to DbD to get some more suspense! :)
I love Rimworld for its soul and how rich it is, especially with mods (even though I don’t allow myself to play it rn, because then I would get lost to the world. Similar to Cities Skylines). Disco Elysium is probably another often-cited game, but it’s just to awesome not to name here :D
