You should pick it up again. I've had times like that, where I stopped playing a game, then went back and picked it up again and thought, "This is amazing! Why did I ever stop playing?"
I need to go back and play the DLC that continues the story. I keep getting distracted by other games, which is a shame, because I know I'll fall in love with Dishonored all over again once I start the DLC.
I kind of hate that about games that don't have control guides. They expect that you'll play through the whole game from start to finish, and don't accommodate putting the game down and picking it back up. The Last of Us has a ton of in-game tutorial messages, but basic controls aren't included.

I don't even know, maybe you can see all the controls and moves in-game. I haven't actually looked yet.
