The Stage

The longest stage of the 2019 Tour de France will probably end in a bunch sprint. It sure might feel like slaughter today if the sun is out.

Tour Touristique

Located in the town of Etalans about 20 km from Besançon, the Gouffre de Poudrey is a cave that attracts each year tens of thousands of visitors from around the world. The chasm leads 70 metres underground, by stairs, to a cave with colossal dimensions: it could contain Notre-Dame of Paris as a whole. It is to date the largest underground cave in France and is among the ten largest in Europe. Explored in the 19th century, the cave was said to be the home of the legendary Vouivre, a monster of Franche-Comté folklore which is half a woman and half a snake.
