It's saying you received 2 games that you did not activate on your steam account. I also double checked your Steam account, and do not see those games on your Steam.

I see. Thanks for explaining.
Please note that by Steamgifts rule, you must receive and activate the exact game you won from the gifters. Even though they compensated you with different game, it is still against the rule, and you can get account suspension for it. I would suggest you contact the 2 gifters to send support tickets and request their giveaways changed to the correct game they gave you. That would probably give the best result, and you don't risk a suspension.
