Congrats on the 5K! I need to start getting more active. I just got a cheap treadmill so I can get some steps in without worrying about the weather outside.

Thanks. I wanted to use the treadmill since it’s great for sweating. However, I’m slow, so I set the speed to 2.0 because I can’t feel anything in my right foot.
