Hello Suiseyseki.
Wanted to take a moment to talk to you about a giveaway you won recently that turned out to be region-restricted. Since you had given your permission, the giveaway was deleted so I can't reply to you there and that is why I'm contacting you here instead. I just wanted to make you aware that while it's very nice that you would have been okay with reroll, in a case where a giveaway is not properly region-restricted, it is not possible to reroll as new winner might run into same issues. It is giveaway creator's responsibility to restrict their giveaways the way they should be, and if they haven't done it correctly then their options are either:
Winner is never obligated to give the permission, but it is explicitly required if the creator wants to delete. The default is to mark as "Not Received" but winners can agree as a courtesy to have a giveaway deleted.
Just wanted to let you know how these things go for future reference if you run into similar situation again as a winner or a creator.
Have a nice day!
