Giveaways are always appreciated but just a heads up, rules in general giveaways are not allowed. You can request a reroll if the person has violated a rule that they have not served time for but if for example, they already served a suspension for the violation you will then still have to send them the game. The winner also does not need to agree to delete the giveaway. You can ask them nicely but when you create a giveaway it is your responsibility to send the game you made a giveaway for.
