If there's a question about a suspension, your friend should open an unsuspend ticket. A message on a mod's giveaway is not how to ask about that. You can open a ticket if you want, but you need to include a link to the user's profile.

It's very difficult to tell from that screenshot, but it looks like the giveaway ended on11 May 2025 and the suspension was in June, which is more than 7 days.
