Already have. The problem is that this is registered as dlc, so steamgifts can't check if someone owns it or not because of the way Steam handles those :/.

This is my first win :( so I don't really have much experience on how to proceed - Do you mean clicking "Not received" in the feedback input for the giveaway?
I tried doing that but it says "Please allow the giveaway creator one week to send the gift before marking it not received." It's not like I see any keys or anything anyways - just a dash where I think the key would normally be?
