It's a story driven metroidvania, brawler, platformer that reminds me of the side scrolling platformers on the SNES. I really liked the art, characters, voice acting, leveling, story, exploring, everything. It was mostly made by one person, other than the voice acting.

Also, when you launch the game, make sure after you see the content rating you also see the 3 logos for Microsoft, Humble Hearts, and Hyperduck just like you do in the video on the steam page. If you don't see that, you will miss cut scenes in the game. I didn't realize until after I finished the game that there was 5 or 6 cut scenes including the ending of the game that I completely missed because a codec I was using wouldn't allow them to be played.
