The key, however, appears to be missing a character - I received the following: PDV5-xxxxx-xxxxx (only four characters in the first part) - if you could please check and let me know what that first part of the key is, that would be great!

If the key is incomplete or whatever, that's OK too, of course - you can perhaps delete the giveaway if that's the case?
