fiz is right, this happens with games that Steam is still evaluating. They don't count towards your profile etc, and thus when you sync with SG, it won't hide like normal owned games do. As long as "Steam is still learning about this game", this may happen. I don't think SG can change anything about it since they directly rely on the steam API etc for their sync.

There's 100s if not 1000s of games with this problem. It's nothing support can fix. You just have to live with it and remember to check your winner.
