This is the first game I'm giving away I don't own. I don't really like souls-like games. But if you do, I hope you win. :)
I'll add the winner in steam and I'll purchase the game as a gift.
In future, if you're going to give a gift directly through Steam, I recommend setting the level of your giveaway to level 3 or higher, because there are a lot of bot entries and people who are slow to respond or will purposely take their time to add you on Steam.
Another way, is to create a discussion, and do an "invite-only" giveaway, putting the link to the giveaway in the main discussion post.
Either of these options cuts down on a lot of hassles.
I personally don't do direct steam giveaways because of these and other hassles as well, such as restrictions due to regions and price.
Also - you will have to add the winner on Steam, they won't necessarily see this comment. (and never call out the user's name - it's anonymous until the user accepts)

Unfortunately, the rules say they can take up to 7 days to "waste your time".
You can't ask for a new winner until after that time.
If they take their time, you will have to pay full price to give them the game.
