(I expected that selecting XCOM 2 Collection would allow even those who own the base game of XCOM 2 to enter).

I don't share that feeling. It's a meh game at best. Not sure if it should even be allowed on SG. I request that all GAs for this game be delete immediately.

i think that's an unfair review for the game, this game can give you time a time again the best way to play with your friends while trying not to get them killed and being their BFF by keeping them alive, they will thank you
also only because i have the base game (and all other DLC's expasions and then some more) i can't enter : (

There, that's the issue. This required that you go out in the real world, approach living breathing humans, and makes friends. You have any idea how frightening that can be?
I believe that is a fitting punishment for someone like you who was so eager to get rid of 10 copies of this collections just a few carts ago.

Oh i know otherwise i would not have 1000 hours in single player game XD i could build a boat in that time... i dont need a boat but my point is that i could have build one

1000 hours is just too much. I don't think I could ever spend more than a few hundred hours on any game, no matter how much I love it. My most played game is definitely AOE II (including all the different versions, the original version, HD and now the DE), and I play it both single player and multiplayer, yet I doubt I have spent 1000 hours on it (unless you also count the countless hours I spent troubleshooting on the non-steam versions to get multi-player to work).
Or maybe you just don't realize that you need it. You could play XCOM on a boat if you had one.
