Hello and welcome to the giveaway!
Only enter if you do not own this game at all, not for the DLC. Cheers.
If you're interested, feel free to join my Steam group, Night Shift HQ (NSHFT), where I post game reviews, discussions, and occasional member-exclusive giveaways. Joining is completely optional and has no effect on this giveaway:

Please allow me to delete the GA if there are any issues redeeming the key as there is no replacement.
Good luck, and happy gaming!

Hi, I didn't realized that I already have the game as bundled does not filtered as owned in Steamgifts, very sorry. Please reroll for other winner. Thanks.

You should never enter a giveaway for a title that you already own
You should hide giveaways for the game by clicking on the eye icon on the giveaway page or once of the giveaway listing pages.

I already filtered not to show giveaway that I already owned, problem is Steamgifts doesn't recognize owned bundle or DLC, plus I didn't check one by one of the entered giveaway unless it's a DLC. No bad intentions, will try to be more thorough next time.

If a package's information is not available in Steams API then there's no way to check for it. This is a Steam issue, not an Steamgifts issue. Our filters are only a help for users to minimize mistakenly enter giveaways they own.
There's other things to consider though: The sites rules require you to only enter giveaways for games that you don't own, yet. You should have checked before entering. While I understand that hardly anyone does that and instead simply relies to the site's settings that are just meant to help with that (which has it's limitations as explained above), there are tools that make this a really easy task. For example the Steam Web Integration script.
It shows you a green checkmark besides every Steam Store link for titles that you already own and a red cross if you do not own a title, yet. That way one can directly see if something is already owned or not.
I can only recommend using SWI. Not only to make things easier for oneself in order to follow the rules but also to help avoid unnecessary tickets and thus trouble for yourself and the giveaway creator.
No bad intention was considered, we just have to try to keep avoidable tickets to a minimum.
Have a nice day
