Hello ZickZack.

After adding the user on Steam, did you provide them with a key for the same game as a replacement for this already used gift or did you gift them something enterliy diffrent? Or fif you just add each other on Steam, discussed the issue and decided to handle this with the Not Received feedback as per Steamgifts rules for not delivered gifts?
