I only ever notice the growing levels when suddenly the soothing green "Enter Giveaway" button is replaced with the angry red "Level X Required" message.
I noticed all of that really just now, because the button was a "Region Restricted" non-button all the way. But I only came for the Doom Facts anyway. :)
