What does your nick means?

I go back and forth between two names. TheNat and Kamarae. TheNat came up back in highschool when my friend started calling me Nat because she thought I looked like a Natalie. We started adding the The after we got a snobby new kid named Natalie and my friend claimed I was the only Nat worth knowing.

Kamarae came out after I started gaming. Me being my unoriginal self, I Googled for girl names/baby names, and hit random until I found one I liked the sound of.

The short version of the story: At the time I chose this name on RuneScape, I liked ninjas and enjoyed playing an iPhone game called "The Quest." I liked it so much I carried it over to other sites.

The long version: I started PC gaming with RuneScape. I started off with one name, then I switched names twice to "Darknessfire." Kept that one for a few months, then kept hopping around. Eventually I wanted a name that didn't have "dark," "doom," or "fire" in it, so I chose "Ninjamagyk," a combination of Ninja and Magyk. Magyk was the first book of a highly enjoyable fantasy series I read. After finding The Quest, I changed my name to Ninjaofquest and the name stuck for good. At the moment, I'm hunting for an exclusive title so I can be "Ninjaofquest the Ravensworn," basically paying homage to the Baltimore Ravens. They don't have "Oriolesworn," otherwise I would've picked that.

I made the Ninjaofquest name in 2012. So basically, I've held onto this name for three years.

Basically magna: Magnanimous, something big or smth like that, and turro: someone cool or badass where i live.

My nickname is taken after Quistis from Final Fantasy 8, which is one of my favorite characters from the FF games. I usually go by QuistisBlue, since wherever I want to sign up Quistis is already taken, her limit break is blue magic. Quisty was her childhood nickname and it sounds better, so I think I will stick with it. It doesn't mean anything.
Funny thing is that even if I have her on my avatar people still call me "dude", because there are no women on the internet. :))
