I'm lucky. My career path (B) involves taking trips several times a year, and I frequently extend my stay (D). Next trip it'll be country #30, and most of these trips were paid by my workplace (the work part of course, not my extended stay). Did I mention I'm lucky? I also like what I do when not traveling, so not complaints whatsoever :-)
