You don't get a badge. You just unlock a "picture" if you collect all the stickers related to that picture.

Use stickers to fill your sticker book. You must complete objectives to obtain stickers which are located below the sticker book. Collect all summer cards to create badge. Ways to obtain summer cards:
- Explore your Queue on the Store Page two times for two cards
- Buy summer cards from the Market
- Buy games worth 10 USD or more (one card)

Sticker packs now give 4 stickers each so you should be able to collect them all a bit faster now. Some people who probably waited to open their packs have already gotten the badge. Before with 3 per pack it would have only been possible to finish on the last day I believe.

You need to go through pages and click each of the sticker. After that it should allow placing any sticker you have. When you can do that on every page you get the badge.
