Epic Game Store acc blocked

I was making a purchase but my shitty internet didn't let the purchase finish i guess, i tried more times, and now i'm blocked from making purchases, asking me to contact customer support. Has anybody ever got this problem? I'm going to miss the sale :/

have you sent them a ticket? How long to reply?
edit: i was searching, they say it solves itself after 24 hrs if not then create a ticket. Oh boy my luck.

Few of my friends had different problems with EGS and support solved all af them in 2 days tops
