Problems with Amazon.com Download games

I brought Origin Dragon age pack, MEtro 2033 and Saint Rows 3 from here im in the UK. Metro and Dragon Age came through fine but saint rows wouldnt go through. My Account is suspended and amazon want fax of a billing statement. I used a random US address so i cant fax over my statement as it has my UK address any ideas?
