Ignore MrBacon, that feature does work. On the front page, click on [Giveaway Filter Settings] and a popup will appear. Tick the Ignore games in my sync library checkbox at the bottom.

Otherwise, you can either manually enter certain game names in the box above it or on the main page with all the games, click the Ignore button underneath each game (to the right of the number of comments).

Is the addon open source? Dont trust it.
