That was a very fast suspened!! I think he might got suspended for another reason not your giveaways. And you need to submite a ticket to the support about this and ask the winner if he accepts the giveaway to be deleted.

Asking the winner's permission may not be required in this instance, as rerolls and deletions on suspended users are usually given automatic approval. Likewise, if the user was suspended for non-activation/multi-win, any GA creator can get reroll/deletion approval on that user for the month following that suspension.

The GA ended only 23 hours ago. Support gives you 7 days even if you don't activate a game on your account and mark it as received. He probably got suspended for The Fool (2017-09-07 04:33:00).
Edit: Nonetheless if you made a GA for the wrong game you should ask support for deletion.

We general users on the forums can't help you on this matter. Make a "Delete Giveaway" support ticket to contact staff about deleting the giveaway. If you feel that your giveaway may have been responsible for the user's suspension, note that in your ticket.
Unfortunately, tickets currently are taking a long time to get responded to, due to staff currently having few active members, so they may not respond in time to change the outcome of anything, even if such is warranted. On the other hand, responsibility for properly confirming that the giveaway is what it is stated to be falls on the winner, so the suspension wouldn't be your responsibility even if your giveaway was in part involved in it.

With that sort of suspension length it's rather difficult to say what the user was suspended for, as suspensions of that length only occur when staff combines the durations of multiple rule violations (as the maximum suspension length of any individual infraction caps out at 5 days).

You created giveaway and chose wrong game. Winner received your wrong game and mark it as received.
Well, where 1 problem only: false giveaway and it's guilt of creator of giveaway cause he chose wrong game.
You could ask support to change game of giveaway is winner agree I guess but I'm not sure support approve it. May be if you don't knew about false game.

I had this case one time where I won a game but the key was for another game. The GA creator tried to change the GA-game but support refused it (can't remember the reason). I agreed on deletion than and support deleted the GA.
