Rise of the Triad isn't even listed for German IPs, but the bundle price is the same (2,79 €) and it states that the bundle would be region locked ..
Well, will probably try VPN then to have non-restricted keys for the games I'm giving away.

It's not an expansion pack. It's stand-alone. And just because the story is the same, doesn't mean that it's an expansion pack.

Germans will miss something...
German customers of the recently launched All Stars 8-Bundle from Bundle Stars are once again confronted with region locks.
For the price of 2,79 € the bundle should come with a total of 10 games, including Rise of the Triad (2013). Unfortunately, Rise of the Triad is not included for German customers even though the bundle still costs the same amount, most likely due to Steam removing almost three dozents of games from the German Steam store back in May 2016 - an incident that we like to call "28 Games Later". Many games received region locks too which prevents key activations with a German IP, Rise of the Triad was one of them. Additionally, according to Bundle Stars the German version of the bundle can only be activated in Germany.

This is especially regrettable because Rise of the Triad from 2013 is neither indexed nor confiscated, but merely has received no USK rating. Only the Soundtrack is available in the German store. GOG has realized the game is rather unproblematic and chose explicitly not to remove it from the German store.

The statement that the bundle will only unlock in Germany is very poor wording. What they actually mean is that this version of the bundle is only sold to buyers with German IP. German buyers won't get region locked keys for the other 9 games.

The All-Stars bundle is always full of classic games that may have been in a bundle before.
The Killer bundle is the one that tends to have newer and more unbundled games.
