Why is it listed I won 1 game when the giveaway by the person was fake. Shouldn't it have been removed from our wins since we didn't win anything at all.

Just marking the game as not received doesn't change the fact that you still won a giveaway. If you want it removed from your stats, you have to send a ticket in to support to have them delete the giveaway.
