Is it against TOS due to promoting another site?
Not because another site, but because the giveaway requires you to do something (watch streams). It was mentioned in this thread: https://www.steamgifts.com/discussion/EhJvw/where-are-those-giveaways-coming-from.

Hmm... well i specifically noted you have to watch Twitch streams to win games, so i'm not baiting anyone with saying simply FREE GAMES!
I guess i should read the TOS and look for more specifics, as that thread just references the promo, and not if it's against any rules...

I've been doing it since yesterday, and even with having multiple twitch streams open, it still counts hours.
Right now i'm checking if it counts the hours watched on the tobii site that has an embedded twitch stream, or if i need to open a specific twitch channel.
I'll know in about 45 minutes or so...

Well anywho, it was super simple to join. Then i just set the stream to run in lowest quality and muted. Went to sleep, and racked up a bunch of hours.

Get games for hitting 5/ 20/ 50/ 75/ 100 hours.
If you start now, you should just barely be able to hit 100 hours before the August 4th ends.
