Just had some randomer offer me a program that unlocks achievements for 3 cards, but what is the point, they are suppose to be earned

It exists, but it is pretty stupid. Nobody gives 2 shits about Steam achievements except for the user earning them. If you didn't earn them, I hope they don't mean anything to you either...

I guess if you have terrible OCD and want to 100% all your games, but hate all your games too much to earn the achievements? Odd market.

i like achivements but its playing them thats the decent bit, have used to achievement maps on cs go but thats as far as id take it

There's programs that do unlock achievements, but there's one that's free and good. So you shouldn't pay him for it.
