Added in Microsoft Account but it doesn't shown in my Win 10 Microsoft Store App as owned

Anyone else facing this issue?:
I added it to my library using chrome, it afterwards that this item is in my inventory. However, when I open Microsoft Store App and search Metal Slug 3 it's not free.

Good game but Microsoft store ? I hate anything that ask me to register a Microsoft account
