ORION: Dino Horde free week problem

Hi guys!
I just tried to install Orion Dino horde (yeah, i know about 36/100 on metacritics, just want to try).
But where is "Install" button? There is now any such buttons on game page in the store and nothing in my game library. How to install and play it?

Restart Steam and it should come up in your library.
