Not likely. You can't even play it on console without owning IW. They want to sell IW.

Well, it's not exactly 100% confirmed, but I get your point.
Also, I was making fun of them not lowering their prices, which they don't do. Even the first CoD is $20 and still unbundled.

Yeah, but I'm mostly talking of online DRM. With retail, the games just have to be sold by some point, since they take up physical space. So the retailer tries to lower their losses by just selling them at a cheap price.
