A Wild Space Chem Gift Appears

A Spacechem gift and a gift of its DLC both randomly appeared in my inventory anyone know why?
I can't seem to find anything anywhere.

Same thing happened to me, and I forget why

EDIT: I think I got mine because I activated Dino D-Day? Perhaps that's why you got your gifts...

I already own that so maybe. Steam kicked up a window but it was just an error so I have no idea.
