Looking For new VGA Help me.

So point is I want to play my games on 1920x1080 on High Settings Without ANY laggs.

I mean I want LAGGFREE CoD:Ghosts etc...

My comp NOW:

CPU: AMD Bulldozer FX8320
VGA: Gigabyte GTX 560 TI OC
RAM: 8 GB Hyper X RAM (1600 MHz)
Power Supply: Gigabyte 500W (bla bla blah...)
No DVD or CD writer or Reader
and SSD: Kingston 120GB

Limits: 370$ or 293€

I need for PLAYING :D So thanks for the help.

Given your budget and PSU, I'd recommend the new GTX970.

EDIT: of course wait for a Xmas promotion. :)
EDIT 2: I hope you realize that actual "lag" (as in "online lag") has nothing to do with your graphioc card, and I assumed you were referring to frame-rate drops.
