Question about my recent giveaway, and the winner being banned

So I had a giveaway for Binding of Isaac recently, and the winner got the prize. Well, I sent it to him, but today checked to see if he got it only to find out he is actually banned now. I have a couple questions about this

1) Is there any way you all can check it off so it doesn't look bad on my record
2) If you can't and 7 days passes and he doesn't check off, what happens then?
