To participate you simply need to create a single GA using the following guidelines:
Must end November 8, 2017
No region restrictions [1]
Set to "Invite Only"
Set Contributor Level no higher than 3
Post URL in the comments of the last cart in the train.
If there is already a link for another cart in the comments of the last cart, wait until a new cart is added.
Number your cart/station in the description.
Check your GA comments regularly until you get a link for the next cart. You are responsible for adding the NEXT link in your GA description to keep the train growing.

Protip: If you run into a cart where the creator blacklisted you, you can use another browser that is not logged into Steamgifts (or log off this one) to view the GA and get the link to the next cart in line.
