Depends if youwant to have all DLCs I think. The game is nearly 10 years old and was never so cheap until now, so I don't think, it'll go lower any time soon.

In the Canada, the original game is $5.19, and the complete edition is $16.56.
If you buy the original right now and wait for the Spring Sale to get the DLCs + Da Orks, the total is $16.22. It's around 2% less.

Seems to be a regional pricing thing.
Here in germany the base games cost 3.89€ (Armageddon) + 7.94€ (DLCs) + 5.85€ (Orks) = 17.68€ in total.
The complete edition mentioned in my post costs 12.56€.
According to ITAD the DLCs had the same price last Spring Sale, I assume that they'll cost 1.49€, too, like at the moment..

While the DLC will be the same price, Da Orks will be 3,90€, which is cheaper than the current price of 5,85€.
If you buy the original right now and wait for the Spring Sale to get the DLCs + Da Orks, the total is 12,30€. You save 0.26€.

It's a "COMPLETE YOUR COLLECTION!" bundle, so it's 29% off, meaning you pay 71%. But yeah, if you want to play right now, you should buy it. If you a backlog of games, no real point.
