"How the hell am I suppose to know lol"
Then don't post. It's not that hard to ignore a thread if you're not going to contribute to it.

Everyone I knows calls them mid-tops.
Edit: or maybe they're hi-tops.
Edit 2: That's just the general name. Try googling for things like canvas mid/hi-tops and see if you can find any stores that sell them.

This, then Amazon, is where I'd usually try.
I don't see them there though, and I've never had any luck finding repeats of good shoes that are more than a year old -- styles change, whether you want them to or not, and then even if you find another pair, it's another feat to find them in the right size. Good luck!

Those shoes are what Calvin Klein [me too] likes to call
"DISCONTINUED"
Probably why they were at Ross in the first place.
Also not available at the moment on eBay, Amazon, Shoes.com, Zappos.com, Macys.com or anywhere else I looked.

Can you explain what Ross even is?
I just went in there coz it was cheap, is it like an Op Shop?

Ross is a store the sells brand-name clothing cheap.

Found a leather jacket for $40 there, bought it, went to an outlet, saw the same leather jacket for over $150(Brand was GUESS).

but how do they manage to sell it for cheaper?

Maybe they buy clothing when they go out of season and are on sale, hold it till the season comes back, then sells it for a slight markup so that the consumer still receives the product cheaper than if buying from the retailer.

Ross manages to sell this name brand stuff for very cheap because they get their inventory from resellers that want to unload it for a quick buck for a few reasons. They get most of it in bulk, and its all out of "season", meaning its "fashions" from these brands names from probably anywhere from 1-5 years ago.

If there is a lot of a particular item, or type of item, it either 1) was discontinued and they'll never make anymore, 2) the "fashion" was misplaced for the price, and the item didn't sell well at that brand's prices, meaning they have a lot of inventory taking up space when they have new "fashions" being made and coming in, and/or 3) the items are a mixed grab-bag of these type of leftovers, many being "cast-offs" meaning that in an outlet they'd have tags that say "irregular(ities)" or "slight imperfections". Meaning that they're plenty good enough to wear, but for some often little reason they wouldn't exactly match another item of the same type.

The result of all this is that unless you get extremely lucky, you probably won't find another pair of those exact same boots ever again, let alone in your size, unless you go back to Ross within a few weeks of getting the first pair and get lucky. Sometimes you can get an item that was sufficiently popular and/or distinctive that you'll be able to find it online afterwords: for example, I got a pair of these ridiculous Puma shoes from Ross once for $10, and you can actually find them on Ebay.

Unfortunately for you, the shoes you like are Calvin Klein Jeans brand canvas ankle-high boots. Which means their quality basically sucks comparative to other boots, and Calvin Klein's "Jeans" brand is a money grab at younger, and less affluent, people. Which means that the quality isn't as good (or it isn't perceived to be as good. I doubt that plain Calvin Klein brand canvas boots would be any better, i.e. still kind of shit comparative to decent leather boots, but its the perception of what you're buying that sets the price when it comes to brand name clothing). As it is, without more info on the shoes, I couldn't find any name and/or number to search for the exact type of shoe. The closest I could find within the brand is these from Zappos.

Hope that helps.
