Guns of Icarus Online 4-pack - pop-up say I got it, but not in library?

So here's the thing, I just got a pop-up on Steam saying "Thank you for purchasing Guns of Icarus Online 4-pack! Give the extra copies to your friends" or something like that.

Thing is, I haven't bought it, nor is my CC showing any recent activity (except I just bought the 2-pack of Hero Academy). Guns of Icarus isn't in my library and there are no copies in my inventory.

I was in the beta previously though, but I never bought the game afterwards (and it disappeared from my library at release as usual).

Anyone else had this pop up recently?

It is a bug that occurs when you buy the Hero Academy 2-pack. Some others have had the same thing pop up.

Yes, I got that too when I bought Hero Academy 2-Pack

I even contacted steam support about it, but they just said it was nothing
