I rarely use ketchup. There's only a very few dishes I find that it complements. I probably use it for making cocktail sauce more than I use it plain, I think. Hot sauce, on the other hand, is quite versatile, and I use it in all sorts of things.

I prefer barbecue sauce. But I also appreciate ketchup, salsa or hot sauce.

Ketchuuuup. Not that I am fond of ketchup, but I'm generally not good with spicy food =/
