Just wondering how the limit number to giveaways is worked out? I am limited currently to 8, so it evidently does not rise by 1 for each successful giveaway, as my total is higher.. As I want to run a bigger one soon I would like to know how long it might take for each further increment of 1.

I have submitted a ticket request for a higher limit anyway, but from what I read here, that may take a long time to be dealt with!

And apologies, no hidden cakes, potatoes, trains or giveaways in this post...

(Total Giveaways / 3) + 3 = Slot Count

Just to add to that, Total Giveaways = Ones that have already completed and been marked as received by the other person

Thanks for this. I didn't know that.

106 sent, and I can create up to 38 giveaways. No idea how this works, and the FAQ doesn't seem to cover that part.
Looks like it's (giveaways sent) ÷ 2.8. Whether or not this makes any sense is beyond me.

Hmm, thanks for the answers, looks like a potential long time until I'll be able to do my planned one then! In the meantime, it will be buses not trains.. Hehe.

You can also ask support to add more slots for you, they'll probably let you have whatever number you need.

They can only give you 3 more slots, and they can only do it if you create an "Increase Giveaway Limit" ticket (which you can only create if you have no available slots).
If you need more than that, only the admin can do it so it takes longer.
