i suggest to just answer a question, if someone asks nicely.
btw, the abbreviation "CV" is not used anywhere in the FAQ. i suggest you read it yourself. ;)

You seem to be splitting hairs, here. While the abbreviation is not used in the FAQ, reading the FAQ section directly addresses "contribution value."

CV is the value of the games you contributed with (gived away). When you make a giveaway and the winner marks it as received, you'll get the value of that game as CV. Higher CV lets you enter contributer-only giveaways wich have fewer antries, so higher chance of winning. Bundled games can only give you a total of 30.00 CV or 20% of total.

Contribution Value. The amount of money you gave away here (calculated with standard US prices). if you want to know how this is calculated exactly (especially regarding bundle games), you find detailled information in the FAQ.

I saw it in a few posts here, and i have no clue what that is.
So, if anyone could explain me what does it do, how does it affect you and how do you get it, it would be appreciated.
