I guess you're talking about your rep on steamtrades.com

-> go sort it out with the user that gave you negative rep, there's nothing the mods here can do.

Happened to me as well. I made a ticket about, since there is no way to sort it out with that user. Three months mods forwarded ticket between them and after 4 months ticked it marked as "answered" but I still got neg rep :)
