It's still in it's infancy, so you're still better off using PC Part Picker and it only appears on a few pages as of now. You can play around with it here.

It's nice to see Amazon including this though.

Pretty neato! It can be hard to figure out what is what if you're not all into the whole science behind how it works. Accidental bottlenecks are pretty common... with memory latency/timings vs. processor, and then there are other things like PSU to figure in if you're going high-end, etc. and whatnot. I don't know what I'm talking about, so I'll click when I'm ready for a new part to add to my personal build. ^_^
