Do you need to preorder Call of Duty WW2 specifically on Steam to get the digital preorder bonuses?

It's not safe to assume. Scummy publishers split preorder items between many shops.

sorry, i should have specified that im talking about the digital version of the game and the digiital bonuses, not the retail store specifics ones. ^^"
