That site doesn't check if users activated what they acquire. SteamGifts winners are to activate their wins, and if the game isn't on their Steam account, they can get hit with the ban hammer, so all games must be Steam redeemable.

Actually, despite what several of the people have been saying, many of the giveaways have been origin codes, from what I can tell. Although, if what DeltaBladeX says is true, then I think it's still not allowed.

Just because I can stroll down the street and punch you in the face doesn't mean it's allowed. Its not allowed and that's what people are saying doesn't mean people don't do it though

I know what people are saying, but I'm talking about the actual giveaways, not what is allowed and what isn't. I haven't heard of a SINGLE person who has been banned because of this.

I heard GalaGiveaways has Origin giveaways now, if you wanted to still have it as a giveaway rather than post it in the forums & have a ninja steal your key away.
