I like how you say that is is not fair if one can join your giveaway and you cant join theirs. I have the same thought when I discovered my 1st blacklist and was contemplating whether to blacklist back. But then i realised I could be in other peoples' blacklist and still not discover it yet so it wont be fair to just block that person. Now that I have seen someone with same thought, maybe i could do blacklist for blacklist when I discover more blacklist.
I am also amaze by various reasons people do blacklist or whitelist. Yours is perfectly legit reason but i wonder how do you discover the people to slowly blacklist them. Must be tedious stuff. I just do simple stuff and my 7 blacklisted person are either rude or fail to send me my gift. Anyway Thanks for a wonderful train!

So, yesterday I reached level 8... Yay!
And, Saturday last week I became a 2 month old user... Yay?

And some people have started asking why they've been blacklisted.
The reason for any blacklisted from me is due to the user mainly doing region-locked giveaways, or only been making region-locked giveaway recently.
I've decided to do this because I don't find it fair for me if I can't join their giveaways but they can join mine. And it's not fair for the users who only do ROW giveaways if they get their win chances lowered due to this.
If a blacklisted user starts doing more ROW giveaway, then don't hesitate to message me about it and I'll remove you from my blacklist.
