PA is great, i personally love it, winners need to say thanks and required them to play which is awesome however there are leechers if u don't mind it but hey it's everywhere xD

winners need to say thanks

No idea where you got that, it certainly isn't a group rule. Though it naturally is the right thing to do.

Sadly leechers can be found in nearly all the SG roles and CV levels and you can easily spot their exotic ratio's. :O

Keep in mind that with the myriad of games that are in bundles and that are on sale all over the place, it's very noticeable and peculiar to have such exotic ratio's. ^^

There's also Playing Matters if you want your given games to be played (and beaten)

That's not and issue for me, i just want the winner to genuinely want the game and at least try it , not people that just want more game and cards.

thanks for your suggestion.

what are you looking for besides a group where you can giveaway games to people that actually try it,don't have terrible ratio?

Im the owner of a discord group with awesome people. We actively filter out leechers, but we do have a activity rule.
check it out here https://www.steamgifts.com/discussion/rqgIs/the-pink-kingdom-is-open-for-5-members

I agree playing apreciated is a good group, not massive and they enforce the rule of playing the game within a month.

yeah, that's sg for you. sad but it's a reality.

also, don't trust groups that claim their members will play their wins.
actually, the play-part is believable, but don't expect them to finish those games. just be happy if they idle them <3

if you want to be 99% sure winners will play and finish your giveaways, build a whitelist. it takes time but it's worth the effort.
at least if someone breaks your rules, you can unwhitelist or blacklist them.

SGTools protected giveaways have a lot of functionality including many ratio requirements. I use them a lot! ^^

You'd shit yourself if you knew how many people on SG don't play anything. Hell, I've even seen giveaway creators post in whitelist giveaways not to enter unless you plan on playing the game, and people who don't even play games will enter anyway. Shameless.

Join one of the groups mentioned - Playing Appreciated, Playing Matters, Play or Pay (and there's one more I'm forgetting), etc. They have rules to cover those issues.

I get pissed off too when winners don't even say thanks. Not everybody can afford to make GAs regularly but a quick thanks to someone who gave away a game for free, that's the very least you can do, even if you don't speak any English.

Anyway that's why I give mostly to my WL and Playing Appreciated. I won most of my games here in that group and thanks to the generosity of people I whitelisted so that's how I give back.

I like to make public GAs when I have more copies of games I already gave to groups though but I've started setting levels to 4, which I don't like to do, because I was bothered by the level of ungrateful leeching.

I really recommend Unlucky 7 as well. It's a good way to help out people who are just starting on SG and are making GAs and not winning yet

Playing appreciated is a very good place.

While I recommend not taking any thing personally, I understand how frustrating it is when people don't say thanks when they win a game. It's, like, two second to write "thanks"

Personally, I always, always, say thanks. It's bรกsic politeness

Besides the groups that people have already mentioned, I'd recommend using the Do You Even Play, Bro? script if you're interested in building a WL. Can see percentages of how much they've played with achievements/hours. :)

Yes, this is a very nice tool. Just don't use it to much as it is heavy on the servers.

+1 for Unlucky 7. Most of my public GA's had been won by users with really terrible ratios, likely auto-joiners, when I first started making GA's without knowing anything about groups or whitelists. Conversely, I won very few games in public GA's, as I was just out-maneuvered by bots / people using autojoin scripts. I feel UL7 is where I've actually found real people who really want the games (newbies being limited to just 8 wins, so they have to pick carefully only games they really want to play!). Personally, I was really grateful to the gifters as well, which is why I came back to UL7 to be a gifter myself.
