Some may be regional, some may be older ones as mentioned by Venheim but the majority are custom made. Theres also a subreddit as well https://www.reddit.com/r/steamgrid/

Just leaving this here because lots of people thought it will be out by 16th, but it looks like that's only retail/disc version. Or maybe just console version.
